We are seeking a decisive and experienced retail Sales Director to lead our team at the Nashville store location. As the first point of contact for all sales associates, you will play a crucial role in driving sales floor and cash wrap operations to achieve our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the retail store and sales team are fully prepared for store opening, providing exceptional customer service and assistance from the moment our doors open.
  • Oversee the store closing process, ensuring accurate reporting of sales numbers and proper handling of cash wrap operations.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule for timely deposits, ensuring all financial transactions are handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Be available as-needed to support the sales staff in case of illness or unavailability, stepping in to ensure uninterrupted customer service and smooth operations.
  • Rally and encourage team members, fostering a positive and motivated sales environment that drives performance and goal achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in managing a boutique sales floor or retail sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
