Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking treatment in our practice
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Greet patients and provide them with the necessary paperwork and information
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
• Coordinate treatment plans with the clinical team and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or issues
• Work closely with management to meet goals
• Assist with patient flow
• Assist with Sterilization.
Requirements:
• Oregon Radiology Certified
• Previous Orthodontic experience in a similar role
• Willing to Travel between all four locations
• Knowledge of orthodontic /dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues
