This role involves working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of construction projects.


Responsibilities

  • Track and report on project costs.
  • Review and track project-related invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage and organize all project-related documentation.
  • Provide support to project managers and team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative and accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Procore)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Perspective and a positive attitude.
  • Procore proficiency desired.
