If you have the vision, drive, and demonstrated ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, “start-up” environment, CathWorks is the place for you.

Job Description:

  • Answer questions about inclusion/exclusion criteria during subject screening.
  • Support sites with other study needs.
  • Collaborate with study coordinators on the upcoming schedules to optimize the process and enrollment at each site.
  • Provide updates about study conduct and potential challenges/hurdles that may limit enrollment in the study, and help solve them when appropriate.
  • Provide technical support to study sites.
  • Collaborate with the internal clinical study team to optimize communications and solve any clinical study related problems.
  • Participate in strategy brainstorming with the management team for on-going process improvement of the study.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience in cath labs and proven project management skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Up to 50% travel (mostly domestic), some over the weekend.
