This role demands reps to be strategic, sales-focused, operationally diligent, and relationship-based. Carrier Reps at TransLoop play a vital role in identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships with service providers.


What You'll Do


- Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships – lead generation, referrals, and prospective.

- Build and maintain a healthy book of business.

- Maintain constant contact with carriers and build genuine partnerships.

- Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence.

- Leverage our leading tech platform.

- Uphold and promote TransLoop’s high service standards and ethical reputation, both internally and externally.

- Lead a team of direct reports to continued growth and increased performance. 

 

 

What You'll Need


- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or managing a group of people

- Relevant supply chain, sales or customer service experience

- Proven track record of managing carrier accounts, fostering relationships, and being an overall top performer
- Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to assist in coverage and problem solving for teammates

- Strong writing and speaking skills

- Ability to make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective carriers

- Adopt a solution-oriented attitude and energy to approach each day with enthusiasm

- Represent TransLoop at a high standard in every interaction

- Knowledge of truckload market relationships across equipment types

- Ability to coach and deliver feedback to direct reports
