Role Overview

As a Convr Business Development Executive, you will leverage your extensive experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of the Convr d3 Platform with Large Enterprise prospects. This role reports to our Chief Business Development Officer and collaborates with multiple departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, and product.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, negotiate, and close large deals in defined named accounts.
  2. Work with CEOs, CUOs, and COOs of top commercial insurance carriers to build solutions that drive success.
  3. Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify decision makers and influencers.
  4. Listen, understand, and deliver to clients' needs.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders and influence them positively.
  6. Actively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  7. Continuously enhance knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge.
  8. Seek feedback to improve performance.
Requirements

5+ years of P&C commercial underwriting experience, field underwriting experience, or enterprise software sales experience.

5+ years in SAAS enterprise software sales experience.
