WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?

Our Bilingual Mental Health Therapist works 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.


WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you provide comprehensive therapy services to children, adults, couples, and family units. Working in office and community settings, you use evidence-based social work practices to help individuals and groups meet their treatment goals. You conduct biopsychosocial assessments, set individual targets, and work directly with clients to help them grow.

You're part of a robust social work team, collaborating with psychology professionals, external agencies, and family members to ensure clients receive consistent, stable care. Attentively, you maintain essential documentation, oversee billing, and review clinical files for insurance purposes. You oversee therapy, provide quality counseling, and provide crisis intervention as needed to support our clients' well-being


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Master's degree in a field such as counseling, psychology, or social work
  • Working knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices and treatment modalities
  • Appreciation and respect for multiculturalism
  • Ability to complete CARE (children and residential experiences) and TCI (therapeutic crisis intervention) training
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish

LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) or LCPC (licensed clinical professional counselor) certification would be preferred.
