WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EMERGENCY MENTAL HEALTH WORKER
- 21+ years of age
- Bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, or related human service field
- Ability and willingness to actively participate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
- Previous mobile crisis response experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Engaging personality
- Willingness and ability to flex schedule as the program needs change
- Skilled in providing diagnostic, preventive, and/or therapeutic services to individuals
- Knowledge, personal qualities, and practice skills to work effectively with professionals in other organizations and from other disciplines and to provide services in a manner that reflects understanding and appreciation of multiculturalism

When you join our human services nonprofit as an Emergency Mental Health Worker, you respond immediately to behavioral health crises.
