Who we are seeking

We are expanding our sales organization to meet the demands of a rapidly growing industry and are seeking experienced Senior Sales Engineers to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting Regional Account Executives in the acquisition and retention of customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to communicate the power, value and ease of use of the 3CLogic platform. This will be a hands-on technical role requiring an individual capable of going wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning throughout the sales cycle.

Location

Washington D.C. / Maryland / Virginia (hybrid, 1 - 2 office days per week). We will consider remote work for the right candidate.

In this job you will 
 
  • Partner with the Account Executives to participate in customer discovery to understand the customer's current state, define business problems they want to solve and map back to the 3CLogic solution to get them where they want to be.
  • Create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on transforming Customer Service Operations, Employee Services and / or IT Helpdesks with advanced contact center capabilities.
  • Contribute and maintain a showcase of 3CLogic solutions integrated with leading CRMs and Customer Service Management platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Service Cloud).
  • Create and own programs that enable and support Account Executives in demonstrating the value of the 3CLogic Cloud Contact Center offering.
  • Support technical RFP responses for prospective customers evaluating Contact Center platforms.
  • Assist sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
  • Deliver product demonstrations both onsite with the customer and via Zoom, including standard and tailored demonstrations to prospects and existing customers.
  • Generate product demonstration scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environments.
  • Guide and support prospective customers in scoping their implementation of the 3CLogic platform.
  • Stay current on product developments and releases and respond to request for information and request for proposal documents.
  • Scope and deliver proof of concept / proof of value engagements with prospects.
  • Support marketing events, including user conferences, trade shows and webinars.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understand 3CLogic competitive differentiators.
  • Understand, track and document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers and advocate internally for development by documenting and sharing with Product Management.
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs and security.
  • Act as the 3CLogic subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events. 
You're a strong fit for this role if you bring  
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of relevant sales, technical or customer facing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience presenting customized technical demonstrations and use cases.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex, enterprise-level deals in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Familiarity and comfort with presenting and discussing technical and data architecture.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Creativity and interest in solving customer problems within a variety of business verticals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud software architecture, APIs and integration methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed. 
Skills we prefer but can also teach you 
 
  • ServiceNow or SAP certifications (System Admin, Implementation Specialist, App Developer, ITSM, CSM) highly desired.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP) in addition to ServiceNow.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on CX, contact center or related technologies.
  • Experience in voice technology, including speech analytics, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), voice bots and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in customer service contexts.
