Overview:

Turning Point is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our expanding team based out of Rockville MD. The Senior Recruiter will drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract top talent to support growing government contracts and corporate openings. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical recruitment background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to support government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify top candidates (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.).
Interviewing and Assessment:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes.
  • Provide expert recommendations on candidate selection.
  • Negotiate competitive offers.
Recruitment Process Development/Management:
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
Required Skills:
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technical roles, and technical skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Five (5) to seven (7) seven years of experience in talent management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Government contracting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.
  • Proficiency with utilizing multiple channels and tool to source candidates.
