Project Engineer


Founded in 1996, MetalQuest Unlimited is a precision machining company located in Hebron, Ne.  We specialize in tight tolerance machining while utilizing the latest technologies available.  We make component pieces for agriculture, oil & gas, hydraulics, and firearms industries to name a few. We are constantly thinking outside of the box for innovative solutions to our manufacturing needs.  Often, we find the solution in high tech project implementation, and that's where you come in.


About the Job:


Our Project Engineer will have the opportunity to work with brand new technology and robotics.  Ultimately, you will implement projects for automated equipment to allow for 24/7 run time.  You will be involved in all elements of the projects and ensure the highest quality, be on-time, and efficient.


What to expect:


Manage project implementation to ensure collaboration between company, customer, and suppliers throughout the process.
Collaboration with project staff to create a strategic action plan and troubleshoot manufacturing systems, processes and procedures.
Recommend and or/ analyze materials, equipment, and practices used in the project.
You will be challenged in this role.  You will be implementing a sub-assembly project for critical and hard to produce items.
