Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-The Accounting Clerk will assist, coordinate and report to the Controller in the daily operations of the billing department within Carolina Cool, LLC. Provide data entry, process transactions in QuickBooks, accounts receivable, payable, and invoicing as well as other administrative functions, to include but not limited to the following:

-Process transactions using QuickBooks desktop like accounts receivable, payables and invoicing.

-Perform bank deposits.

-Organizing data and assisting in processing of service agreements.

-Maintain financial filing system, including paper and digital file system.

-Generate weekly reports.

-Timecard processing.

-Assist in answering phones when needed.

-Additional tasks as assigned by department manager. Supporting supervisory staff with other accounting tasks as assigned.


Qualifications/Skills:

-Billing and Collection experience is a must.

-MS Office 365 experience.

-Service Titan experience a plus.

-Excellent Organizational Skills.

-Ability to multi-task.

-Attention to detail.

-Reliable.
