Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain existing residential accounts by understanding their evolving needs and expectations
  • Prospect and secure new business through warm leads, outreach and cold calling
  • Sell landscape and lawncare services to existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and budget constraints
  • Ensure accurate estimate measurements and analysis
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services


Requirements:

  • Minimum two years field experience in landscape or lawn maintenance services
  • Prefer two years in Landscape or Lawn service sales or project management
  • Knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in the use of technology
  • High degree of honesty, perseverance, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Collaborate well with other team members
  • Valid Drivers License
