We are currently seeking a Director of Administration to oversee teams providing support in the areas of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compliance & Risk, and Fixed Assets management. The Director will lead these teams in planning and administering policies, practices, and processes to consistently provide a high level of support to internal customers.

This position is responsible for planning and overseeing all human resource functions including benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, employee records, compensation, compliance, HRIS management, payroll, and administrative support. They will also oversee the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and executing strategies to source, screen, and onboard qualified talent to meet the needs of the business. Additionally, they will oversee the Quality and Risk Manager in developing and executing strategies to monitor and evaluate compliance, risk, and quality of Intercept services. The selected candidate will also oversee the Fixed Assets Manager in developing and executing strategies to track and maintain the assets of Intercept Health, including property, fleet vehicles, furniture, and fixtures.

Education and Experience Required: The selected candidate must have Bachelor's degree in related discipline from four-year college or university (Masters and/or PHR a plus). OR 5+ years related experience and/or training; 3 or more years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
