Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


As a Client Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing accurate and helpful information via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer all incoming phone calls from our clients, and prospects.
  • Process company alerts and notifications within the Farmers system.
  • Follow up on client inquires and questions.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
  • Have the ability to talk in front of clients and prospects to go over insurance proposals and quotes.
  • Maintain client records and documentation accurately
  • Work on quote proposals to clients and prospects
  • Providing information about our insurance products and services
  • Offering personalized insurance solutions that meet our clients' specific needs

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Has to be a self started and have a strong drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Positive and out going attitude towards clients
