Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStillman Law Office, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, is seeking a senior level team member for our Client Service team.  The right candidate for this role will zealously represent our financial services industry clients by being their voice within the firm.  They will also be the voice of the firm for our clients, ensuring alignment in all objectives to ensure shared success.

Your Responsibilities, as a Client Service Team Member:
  • Client Relationship – You are one of our most critical connections to our clients.  Your ability to actively listen and support the client helps to ensure there is clear, candid communication at all times.  With this as the foundation, our partnership with the client may grow.
  • Information Management - The foundation of communication with our clients is often through automated account level data-driven updates.  It is never enough simply to do the right thing.  We must do the right thing and then accurately communicate all that we do on our clients’ behalf.  Your ability to utilize data to assess and communicate ensures our clients never have to inquire about the status of any given account.
  • Performance Advocacy – Each client measures performance through their unique view of the partnership.  Understanding, constantly evaluating for the sake of identifying opportunities and then advocating for continuous performance improvement is critical to our success.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Work in a team environment while maintaining personal excellence
  • Very comfortable in direct conversation and written communications
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate details of complex processes
  • Report generation and analysis
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-volume deadline driven environment
  • Strong work ethic
Education:
  • Associates degree or higher, preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with a law firm or legal department is a plus
  • Familiarity with account management systems is a plus
