Stillman Law Office is a Collections Law Firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation throughout the United States.As part of the Firm's ongoing commitment to compliance and best-level service, we are adding a Client Service Representative to our team. Responsibilities:Communicating with clients and or client representatives in accordance with regulatory and compliance standardsBusiness Data processes and maintenanceReport generation and analysisCommunicating with consumers and or consumer representatives in accordance with regulatory and compliance standardsSkills and Abilities:Capable of meeting firm and individual goals, while adhering to ethical consumer interaction processesWork in a team environment while maintaining personal excellenceStrong written and oral communication skills and detail orientedProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-volume deadline driven environmentStrong work ethicEducation: Associates degree preferred1-2 years of experience with a law firm or legal department a plusFamiliarity with CMR or other data base software for the collection industry a plusMiscellaneous Information:Stillman Law office offers the following benefits to all full-time employees who have completed the waiting period: health, vision, dental, life, short-term disability, 401K and PTO.
