About SideRamp

We are assisting a healthcare consultancy company in finding a dedicated Mid-level Training and Development Manager for a project-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design comprehensive training programs that align with the company's objectives. Customize learning modules to meet the diverse needs of different departments.

  • Facilitate Workshops and Seminars: Conduct engaging and educational workshops and seminars to promote professional development and skill enhancement.

  • Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to identify and evaluate training requirements. Develop training strategies based on these assessments.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Effectiveness: Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback and make data-driven improvements to future training initiatives.

  • Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and outcomes. Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the training budget. Make informed decisions on resource allocation to ensure cost-effective training solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a related field.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and presentation abilities

    • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

    • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    • Project management experience is a plus

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented

    • Motivated and enthusiastic about fostering employee growth

    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
