The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a focus on accuracy, and experience in handling kitting processes.
Pay: $20-25/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of stocked parts and materials.
  • Perform kitting activities to assemble parts and materials according to production orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule shipments and resolve logistics issues.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during shipping and receiving activities.
  • Assist in inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
  • Support production and assembly teams with timely delivery of parts and materials.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
  • Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles, with specific experience in kitting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
