Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Warehouse/Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will be organized, have an eye for attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and must have a minimum of 1 year forklift experience.

Warehouse/Inventory Specialist Reports to:
  • Socit Director
Responsibilities Specific to Warehouse/Inventory Specialist:
  • Possess and live Europa Village core values.
  • To understand and respond to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner.
  • To follow all specifications to properly accomplish the essential purposes of the position.
  • To ensure that the quantity, quality, condition, and type of all goods received matches the purchase order, invoice, and/or freight bill, and meets the resort's standards.
  • To procure, as approved, all food, beverage, and non-food items requisitioned by the resort, insuring optimal value for cost.
  • To act to resolve shipping and receiving, and overall purchasing issues, in the absence of the Lead Purchasing Agent.
  • To rotate stock and inventory in storerooms and all storage locations, as directed, to endure freshness.
  • To satisfactorily perform routine support task, as directed, including maintaining and stocking liquor, beer, wine, food, paper & plastic, chemicals, and overall operating supplies in storerooms and picking up/dropping off goods from off-property.
  • To deliver all necessary goods and supplies to appropriate departments in a safe and efficient manner.
  • To assist in the financial administration of the storerooms, providing all required assistance and reports to the Accounting Department.
  • To maintain constant awareness of current market conditions, and develop a network of vendors for company use, in order to be able to advise any resort Director of optimal conditions for purchase.
Expectations of Guest Services Manager:


  • Create and foster an environment of teamwork by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.
  • Be able to communicate Europa Villages story.
  • Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
  • Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and with appropriate pants and shoes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
  • Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
  • Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
