Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Maintenance and Community Managers
  • Guide the maintenance team in repair tasks
  • Execute maintenance assignments across the property
  • Efficiently manage work orders
  • Adhere to company compliance standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct safety meetings and inspections
  • Oversee inventory of supplies and tools
  • Assist with preventative maintenance initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues

Supervisory Duties:

  • Act as the interim Maintenance Manager when necessary
  • Perform supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit professionalism and efficiency in all tasks
  • Be available for emergency maintenance calls
  • Follow company guidelines diligently
  • Carry out other assigned duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in troubleshooting maintenance challenges
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to work autonomously

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience

Certifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • HVAC CFC certification is preferred
  • CPO and EPA certifications are advantageous

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic understanding of property management software.

Physical Demands:
  • Active role requiring standing and walking
  • Regular lifting and bending activities
  • Capability to handle maintenance tools and equipment
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to various environmental conditions
  • Occasional high-stress situations
  • Utilization of maintenance tools and safety gear
