We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for assisting sales agents with overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure contracts lead to a smooth and successful sale. Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with closing-related paperwork, schedules, and reminders
  • Schedule inspections in accordance with contract requirements, and keep agents and clients aware of these appointments
  • Assist agents with marketing projects
  • Perform office opening and/or closing activities including keeping break areas and bathrooms stocked and organized.
  • Assist Broker and Management with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Real estate license preferred
