Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

  • Source and contact potential property buyers and sellers
  • Assist clients in determining their property needs and desires and locate suitable real estate listings
  • Negotiate and mediate between parties involved in a real estate transaction
  • Prepare and review documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
  • Escort clients through the home buying process, providing guidance and support
  • Gain referrals by meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Minimum 3+ closings per year
Qualifications:

  • Possess an active Real Estate license
  • Membership in the San Antonio Board of Realtors is needed
  • Positive, customer-oriented and people-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of Real Estate markets and current trends
  • Experience with the San Antonio or Houston Real Estate market is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree is desirable but not essential
  • Previous Real Estate sales background is desirable but not necessary
  • Customer advocacy and meeting goals
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to listen actively and ask questions
  • Detail-oriented when writing and reviewing contracts
  • Demonstrated tenacity and resilience in challenging situations
  • Organizational and time management aptitude
