About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help drive new customer acquisition and expansion across an exciting portfolio of offerings: Commure Strongline, Scribe, Engage, and PatientKeeper. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, this individual will be involved in work across systems and process improvements, forecasting and planning, and program management of bespoke initiatives. They will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive successful customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
Reporting & Insights: Implement and report on Sales activities across the funnel to drive insights that continuously improve end-to-end lead to close conversion. Equip SDRs, AEs, and Leadership with actionable reporting on the important inputs that drive outcomes.
Process & tooling: Define best-in-class sales processes that provide a seamless prospect and sales staff experience. Connect the dots between the business, Sales Enablement, and Product to ensure technical requirements are met and adopted.
Program management: Work on bespoke initiatives like New Product Rollouts, Cross-sell Strategy, Quota, Scripting, Territory Management, and more to impact the business. For bespoke initiatives, you will act as the single-threaded owner.
What You Have
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Central Operations, or similar SaaS Operations role
Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers
Experience driving operational effectiveness using data and a methodical problem-solving approach
Experience building and implementing effective performance management systems
Track record of achieving ambitious results
Experience in startups, SaaS/tech, Enterprise customers, phone- & in-person based sales a big plus
