Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet "first responders" providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Provide inbound customer service for AT&T business First Responders.

SHIFT:Training: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm ET (4 weeks)

Requirements
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
