Drew Edmond - State Farm Agency, located in Lincoln, NE is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant - State Farm Team Member. As our Agent's Executive Assistant, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
We seek a detail-oriented professional with stellar customer service and collaboration skills to support our agency and community by promoting State Farm products and services. If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and we will follow up with the next steps.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
You will receive:

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated

- Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
