We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Wholesale Insurance company. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the HR department. This can be a hybrid or remote role reporting to our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilites:
- Develop plans and timelines to coordinate activities across teams to meet objectives.
- Monitor personnel files and ensure to budget guidelines.
- Identify and address potential risks within departments.
- Cultivate relationships within human capital departments.

Qualifictions:
