Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide training on evaluation processes.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions regarding their benefits.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with audits related to HR practices and employee records.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and ensure company policies are compliant.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
