Your role as a Lead for Clinical Laboratory Team

Join Genview DX as a Lead Laboratory Technologist where you will independently perform a variety of laboratory tests of varying complexities, analyze results, maintain equipment, and ensure accuracy. Showcase your expertise in clinical procedures, critical thinking, and scientific principles to deliver high-quality results. Your role is crucial in identifying deviations in expected outcomes, troubleshooting technical issues, and upholding the standards of diagnostic testing.

Are you a good fit for this Lead Clinical MT job?

Successful candidates for the Lead Laboratory Technologist position at Genview DX must possess a BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory testing experience is required for the Lead Technologist level. Additionally, candidates should be certification or registry eligible by a nationally recognized certification agency. MLT/MLS certification is strongly preferred for a lead position.

Proficiency in laboratory software and tools is essential to excel in this role. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a deep understanding of scientific principles in diagnostic testing are key for success in this position.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
