YOUR IMPACT

As a Quotation Specialist - Estimator, you respond to our clients' requests for information and provide them with detailed reports and quotes to encourage sales. Gathering all relevant information, you complete quotes for spare and wear parts, identify what manufacturing parts are needed, and advise clients on properly using their parts. You process technical and commercial requests by using project documents, technical drawings, and bills of material to generate comprehensive quotes. A great attitude is a must, and you cooperate with other staff to deliver accurate results



QUOTATION SPECIALIST - ESTIMATOR REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience with sales, manufacturing, installations, or customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Collaboration skills and ability to lead by example
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently make important decisions
  • Dedication to customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical education
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP (enterprise resource planning) system
  • Experience with servos, motion controls, and PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
  • Knowledge of languages in addition to English
