Responsibilities

The System Director–Strategy & Telehealth supports the Strategy team in various shared services functions, including directing/managing strategic initiatives, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role works with team members in service line planning and leads the development and implementation of telehealth strategies. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for clinical service line optimization and growth to enhance patient care across the full care continuum (acute, ambulatory, post-acute, care at home, and telehealth), anticipating market dynamics to optimize service lines in collaboration with operational leaders, identifying and analyzing future impacts on clinical service line performance measures, ensuring practicing physician input is integrated into strategic planning, and driving excellence through continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.

Qualifications

Education QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required. Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Experience Qualifications5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital/ambulatory setting is required. 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and clinical service line planning/development is required. 2+ years of experience planning and executing a telehealth strategy is required.
