Role Overview:

Hale Kipa is seeking a Human Resources Manager to be part of a small HR Team. Operating with integrity, professionalism and holding high regard for confidentiality, this position requires generalist Human Resources experience and knowledge, regarding areas of employment law, benefit administration, regulatory reporting, employee relations, working with various State funders on licensing, credentialing, annual monitoring, and executing the new hire process and new hire orientation. Additionally, this position supports various ongoing and ad-hoc projects and initiatives; and works in tandem with the Chief Administrative Officer in providing general direction and guidance on personnel matters, to supervisors throughout the organization. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who enjoys working collaboratively, while taking responsibility for independently prioritizing and organizing a continually changing landscape of tasks and demands. Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with strong time management skills and a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or the equivalent combination of training and hands on experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of direct HR experience
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel
