**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Post job advertisements on internal and external career platforms to attract top talent.
- Reconcile MSF claims and grants to ensure accurate cost centre allocation and minimize financial risks.
- Perform audit checks on leave applications to verify staff compliance and maintain a fair and transparent work environment.
- Assist with the verification and updating of onboarding information for new hires and offboarding details for resigning employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions for any delivery gaps.
**Requirements:**
- Possess a diploma in Human Resource or Business to demonstrate a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience to showcase your skills and expertise in HR management.
- Be an organized, meticulous, and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications (Vlookup, Pivot table, etc.) to analyze data and make informed decisions.
