We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state levels. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.

Compensation:$75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
- Stays organized and manage time well
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
