Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive sales on Amazon.
- Utilize tools like Helium 10 to optimize product listings, keywords, and overall performance.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage marketing budgets beyond ad spend, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenditures and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.
Agency Collaboration:
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with our brand goals.
- Coordinate with agencies for PPC campaigns, SEO optimization, and other digital marketing efforts.
Content Creation:
- Lead the creation of engaging and high-converting content, including product descriptions, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use PowerBI to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales data, and market trends to guide decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the customer journey and improve the overall brand experience on Amazon.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital brand marketing, with a strong focus on Amazon.
- Proficiency in Helium 10 and PowerBI is highly desirable.
- Experience managing budgets, including non-advertising spending.
- Experience with CPG in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Health & Wellness Products, and Children's/Pet Toys is a Big Plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and ensure quality deliverables.
- Strong content creation skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
