Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive sales on Amazon.
    • Utilize tools like Helium 10 to optimize product listings, keywords, and overall performance.

  • Budget Management:

    • Oversee and manage marketing budgets beyond ad spend, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
    • Monitor expenditures and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.

  • Agency Collaboration:

    • Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with our brand goals.
    • Coordinate with agencies for PPC campaigns, SEO optimization, and other digital marketing efforts.

  • Content Creation:

    • Lead the creation of engaging and high-converting content, including product descriptions, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Use PowerBI to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales data, and market trends to guide decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management.
    • Drive initiatives that enhance the customer journey and improve the overall brand experience on Amazon.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital brand marketing, with a strong focus on Amazon.
  • Proficiency in Helium 10 and PowerBI is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing budgets, including non-advertising spending.
  • Experience with CPG in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Health & Wellness Products, and Children's/Pet Toys is a Big Plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Strong content creation skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
