We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to help coordinate all of the marketing activities and initiatives of the organization.
PURPOSE
This position coordinates all the marketing activities and initiatives of the organization up to and including conducting market research, carrying out promotional campaigns, identifying target audiences, and evaluating current trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
- Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Well organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.
- High School Diploma: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a strong advantage.
- Digital marketing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases; understanding of advanced marketing principles.
- Valid Drivers license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required for travel for off-site meetings and events.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
