Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs of employees, company assets, and job sites.
  • Produce aerial footage and professional video edits using drone technology.
  • Develop and execute monthly email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms for commercial and residential divisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Design and produce a variety of marketing materials including logos, print advertisements, digital ads, mailers, and event posters.
  • Conduct ongoing SEO campaigns for commercial and residential markets.
  • Attend events to capture visual content and network with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Significant experience in marketing and advertising. Ideally, 3-5 years of roles in marketing.
  • Strong creative and writing skills for creating compelling content across various marketing materials, such as websites, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Experience in ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing company social media accounts, creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with photoshop, editing platforms, drone video and photography for social media and marketing required.
