JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Digital Marketing Director

BACK UP: N/A

STATUS: Exempt

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute all web display and PPC advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external partners.
  • Create, test and report of A/B ad tests.
  • Give direction and input on streaming and OTT placement.
  • Strategize how to create show videos and salesmen ads. Including how to best promote ads on different platforms.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOP's and guidelines.
  • Adhere to all quality, safety, policies, procedures, and reporting.
  • Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail orientated with ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Communicates effectively in writing and speaking.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or appropriate business is helpful but not required.
  • 1 - 5 years marketing or business-related field.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels along with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (i.e., Suite, Outlook, Excel, Trader Traxx, HTML, CSS and JavaScript development/constraints, etc.)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word Press.
  • Automotive or RV dealership knowledge is helpful but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires ability to hear and speak.
  • Requires ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires the ability to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends to meet deadlines on occasions.
  • Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 10lbs occasionally.
  • Requires manual dexterity to use common office equipment (i.e. computer, Word, copiers, scanners).
