  • Perform bookkeeping services, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to support tax planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with the tax attorney to develop strategic tax planning to minimize liabilities and enhance savings for clients.
  • Facilitate client meetings to ensure effective communication and resolution of tax matters.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for individual and business clients.
  • Service clients effectively, leveraging technology to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Enrolled Agent certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in tax preparation software or tax resolution management software preferred; training provided.
  • Proven ability to handle tax preparation and bookkeeping with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
