Cato Networks is seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the US. This individual will report to the Worldwide Director of Regional Marketing. The Field Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's brand awareness and engagement by orchestrating marketing activities, with a focus on event management, partner collaboration, and sports sponsorship activations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, such as trade shows and industry events or conferences to raise brand awareness, engage with potential customers, and drive lead generation.
- Support the channel marketing function to create and execute joint marketing initiatives and maximize the impact of cooperative marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive field marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives of Cato Networks.
- Manage and allocate budget resources effectively for field marketing activities, ensuring a strong ROI.
- Analyze the success and impact of field marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally within the Networks and/or Cybersecurity technology sector
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in running field activity for partners with channel marketing functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Salesforce, Splash & Marketo an advantage).
- Familiarity with sports sponsorship activations is a plus.
- Availability to travel as needed for events and activations.
- A team player, with a great team spirit and a can-do attitude
