Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist

Coldwell Banker Realty, a leading residential real estate brokerage, is seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Specialist to join their national field marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting local real estate agents by helping them build their business using Coldwell Banker's industry-leading programs and technology products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with branch managers and leadership to identify and prioritize agents who need strategic marketing and brand support.
  • Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies, showcasing Coldwell Banker's Core 4 (agent production, coaching, culture, and wealth-building).
  • Help real estate sales agents create a digital marketing strategy using social media, building an impactful online profile, and promoting customer testimonials.
  • Conduct annual reviews of agents' digital scorecards to measure online presence and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide issue resolution and one-on-one assistance to agents as needed.
  • Prepare monthly calendars of educational and training opportunities, promoting and presenting marketing workshops on various topics.
  • Support multiple offices in the region by attending and presenting at group and one-on-one meetings, assisting with awards and recognition initiatives, and representing offices in community outreach and company charitable events.
  • Assist office staff with newly affiliated real estate agents in getting onboarded and set up for success.
  • Prepare personalized recruiting presentations for VIP agents and participate in presentations with branch managers.
  • Work with the creative team to create and manage local recruiting and ad campaigns.
  • Attend and participate in regional marketing meetings and training sessions.
  • Communicate regularly with the Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on key initiatives, challenges, and regional activity.
  • Submit competitive intelligence samples to the recruiting intelligence portal.
  • Stay up-to-date on quality issues, rules, industry regulations, and protocols related to marketing, such as Fair Housing language, national, state, and local Association of REALTORS requirements, MLS, and Coldwell Banker identity standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred).
  • Prior real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working effectively within a multi-functional and multi-location environment.
  • Expert understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other online tools.
  • Basic understanding of standard industry-used graphic design software, including InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development.
