Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives, and optimizing our marketing systems. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing marketing reports, understanding customer needs, and guiding the team toward success through strategic planning and iteration on winning tactics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Gather, review, and interpret data from marketing channels (SEO, digital ads, social media, email, etc.) to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing analytics systems are set up and tracking the correct data points.


  • Strategic Oversight:
  • Conduct in-depth customer journey analysis to shape marketing strategies and optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and guide the team in implementing iterative strategies that leverage data-driven learnings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, refine, and execute marketing plans across various channels, including influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.


  • Systems & Technology:
  • Utilize AI, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to monitor, measure, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ensure proper setup and utilization of the marketing tech stack, including tools for SEO, PPC, email marketing, and customer journey analysis.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance marketing performance.


  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate large marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across various marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign spending and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation.


  • Omnichannel Marketing:
  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to create a seamless customer experience across all platforms (e-commerce, social media, email, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of omnichannel campaigns, driving improvements based on data insights.


  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, promoting collaboration and best practices.
  • Oversee team reporting, ensuring data is accurately interpreted to inform strategies and calls to action.


  • SEO & Digital Advertising:
  • Oversee SEO strategies and optimize digital ads to improve search rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze digital advertising performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.


  • Influencer, Affiliate & Email Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize influencer marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, and email marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics for these channels to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Heavy experience in customer journey analysis, large budget management, and the development of omnichannel strategies.
  • Proficient in SEO, digital advertising, customer journey analysis, and CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation systems, and other top industry platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for exploring and implementing new marketing technologies.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the cannabis industry or a similar highly regulated market.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing funnel analysis.
