You will be a part of our incredible CR BillMax team which provides managed billing services to our CentralReach customers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections across all the services they provide.

We understand the advantages to working from home, and we also believe in the power of people and connections, which is why we proudly offer a hybrid work culture. This position is hybrid with three days per week on-site at either our Holmdel, NJ or Fort Lauderdale, Florida offices locations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the implementation of major systems and application to all billing and payment posting procedures from a functional and product leadership level to initiate transition strategies, including: workflow product management and release, regulatory audit compliance, creating project timeline, monitoring and reporting on project progress and ensuring successful and timely delivery of services
  • Provide departmental and Client Organizational training on product best practice, system utilization and workflow management
  • Partner across the operational business departments, driving priorities and implementation for continuous revenue generating transformation efforts

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant RCM management, experience including Business Operations, Department Management and expertise with Behavioral Health services
  • CentralReach experience preferred
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Proven experience in insurance industry management
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, goal setting, and successful execution

Metrics of Success/Performance Evaluation:

  • Ensure all payments are posted at the end of every month
  • Ensure management is aware of payors missing ERA’s or EFT’s
  • Ensure all Recon’s are clear for each organization
  • Ensure all daily billing is completed
  • Ensure schedules are updated to reflect the billing of secondary accounts daily
