Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing role at Full Throttle in Lancaster, Texas is a full-time, individual contributor position in the auto industry. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads for our company. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, as well as a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Full Throttle and its services.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engine visibility.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, social media, and display networks.
- Monitor and track website and campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Produce engaging and high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the automotive industry and the ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
