We seek a Jr. Account Manager who will be our client's primary point of contact and trusted adviser. If you have previously worked in client services roles and have a business, marketing, journalism, or communication background, consider applying for our Jr. Account Manager position.

Our Ideal Jr. Account Manager:

  • Experienced: 1 year of hands-on experience in Marketing, Client Services, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business is preferred but not required. Previous on-site and offsite SEO experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent Communicator & Interpersonal Skills: This role requires up to 30% of time spent in client meetings. Must have excellent oral, written, presentation, and relational skills.
  • Customer-oriented: Someone who loves serving our clients with digital marketing needs and demonstrates solid business acumen.
  • Desire to Learn: A curious person who loves learning new skills & methods and willingly seeks feedback from our other account managers.
  • Collaborative: Enjoys working in a team environment as you work closely to share information, coordinate schedules, and overcome challenges.
  • Flexible & Organized: Able to pivot and adjust plans; a task-oriented, organized person with high standards for handling all the details.
  • Tech Savvy: Must have experience with project management tools, be able to navigate an Apple Mac, and confidently learn new software. Knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Looker Studio are a plus.
