For over 50 years, New Horizons Mental Health Services, a non-profit behavioral health agency, has worked to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and the community through our services.

We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Director in Lancaster, Ohio.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization, ensuring alignment with New Horizons mission, vision, with the goal of optimizing engagement. This will include advertising, market research and analysis of advertisement effectiveness, changes and improvements to overall marketing strategy, and creation of market campaign strategies. The Marketing Director must also monitor industry trends, poses knowledge of current products and services, and be able to apply this across the organization.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for monitoring of department budget, ensuring best use of available resources, assisting senior management with strategies for growth development in alignment with New Horizons mission and vision, and ensuring that New Horizons brand identity is maintained consistently across all channels and communications.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Must have at least 3 years experience in a marketing role; experience with non-profit organizations and/or mental health/behavior health organizations is highly desirable. Must possess strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and traditional marketing channels, exceptional spoken and written communication ability, the ability to work cooperatively with multiple different departments, and a creative mindset to suggest and design innovative marketing campaigns
