Join Our Team as an Onsite Staffing Assistant

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of staffing solutions? ABR Employment Services is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Onsite Staffing Assistant who is fluent in Spanish to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our Talent and clients, ensuring seamless onboarding processes and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities (detailed job description attached to job posting on company website):

  • Client and Talent Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Talent and clients, handling communications and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Onboarding Expertise: Coordinate pre-employment screenings, orientations, and job fairs, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, file maintenance, and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations for the team.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control calls and checks to uphold service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Compliance Management: Maintain adherence to EEO and employment laws, while also responding to corporate inquiries related to HR and finance.

Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience: High school diploma with 2 years administrative or customer service resolution experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and de-escalate situations effectively.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with basic computer skills for data management and internet research.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to establish rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess information and provide solutions efficiently.
