Bilingual Production Trainer

Menzner Hardwoods Company is seeking long-term career employees interested in production/manufacturing for a Bilingual Production Trainer position. We are looking for hardworking, motivated, and dependable employees. Duties may include setting up and learning how to operate different industrial woodworking machines and then training new machine operators in English and Spanish how to set up and operate the machines. Duties may also include translating weekly safety meetings and assisting with communication needs.
First shift hours: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday. Shift includes a paid break and paid lunch. Overtime hours are required as production needs arise, which typically involve working 9 hour shifts during the week, and an occasional 6 hour shift on Saturdays.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various industrial woodworking machines.
Train new machine operators in English and Spanish.
Translate weekly safety meetings.
Assist with communication needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old.
Physically capable of lifting/maneuvering up to 30 lbs regularly.
Capable of standing for 8 hours per shift.
Work well with coworkers in a team environment.
Solid work tenure in prior employment.
Able to read and speak both English and Spanish and translate to others.
Benefits:
