  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between ABR Talent and our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Recruitment Guru: Utilize your expertise to recruit, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates across various industries.
  • Onsite Excellence: Represent ABR on-site, attending client meetings, conducting safety tours, and actively participating in production and safety discussions.
  • Administrative Mastery: Manage documentation, handle payroll inquiries, and maintain compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Associate degree with 1+ years in recruiting or customer service resolution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Community Engagement: Engage actively within the community to build candidate pipelines and enhance ABR’s presence.
