While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

  1. Lead and Supervise: You will supervise the daily work flow of the technical services team, ensuring smooth operations and guiding department employees toward successful performance. Your exceptional supervisory and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
  2. Innovate and Improve: You will actively research and propose new processes or projects for the department, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our operations. Upon approval, you will take charge of implementing these improvements, driving positive change within the team.
  3. Technical Support: In addition to your supervisory responsibilities, you will support the repair team by performing repairs when needed. Your expert technical skills will enable you to assist and train others effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers.
  4. Customer Interaction: Answering customer questions related to repairs will be an integral part of your role. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to provide clear and helpful information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Inventory Management: Collaborating with the buyer, you will maintain proper inventory counts, ensuring that we have the necessary parts and equipment available for efficient repairs. You will also order and test all third-party parts, contributing to the overall functionality of the technical services department.
  6. Process Enhancement: Working closely with the technical solutions department, you will help build out new processes in our ERP system, enhancing our overall operational efficiency and streamlining workflows.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: You will present relevant work updates, including support, claims, and repair data, to the Operations Manager. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will provide valuable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  8. Other Duties: As assigned by the Director of Operations,, you will perform additional responsibilities to support the overall success of the company and its new location.

Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For:

  • Minimum three years relevant experience required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred 
  • Certifications, or the ability to obtain, required
    • HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Dell, and/or Apple Certification 
  • Certification, preferred
    • CompTIA A+ Certification
